We believe mental health is just as vital as physical health, and that every person deserves personalized, quality care. Each individual carries unique experiences, qualities, and strengths that make them who they are. We honor these differences and recognize that people approach therapy in many ways.
Our goal is to help clients discover and build upon their own inner resources, fostering positive change, self-compassion, and a more meaningful life. We are committed to creating therapeutic relationships that are safe, supportive, and accepting. Because finding the right therapist is essential, we are proud to offer a diverse team of clinicians to meet a variety of needs and preferences.

Annmarie Geiss LPC, DARTT, RYT-200

Annmarie is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Art Therapist, and Certified Yoga Instructor. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in mindfulness, self-compassion, positive psychology, and various holistic methods. Through her somatic training, she helps clients understand how emotions are physically experienced in the body and how trauma may be stored within it.
Annmarie is a certified Developmental and Relational Trauma Therapist (DARTT), meaning she has extensive training and experience in treating trauma—particularly in understanding how early relationships and childhood experiences can shape adult life. Working from this framework, clients can begin to heal and release negative beliefs about themselves that may have been unconsciously formed. She supports clients in reducing and replacing harmful thought and behavioral patterns.
Annmarie specializes in working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, panic, complex trauma, PTSD, and grief or bereavement. She also works with individuals navigating relationship issues, divorce, and patterns of codependency. In addition, she is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to treat trauma, anxiety, panic, depression, OCD, and phobias.
Annmarie is passionate about helping clients develop a more self-compassionate and accepting relationship with themselves.
