Payment Options
We are in network with:
Dean Health Plan
Quartz
Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
Forward Health/Medicaid.
We are currently in progress towards becoming in network with additional insurance companies.
If you have out of network benefits we can bill your insurance provider or provide a superbill for you to submit for reimbursement.
Please check with your insurance company to ensure you understand your responsibility for out of network claims and required copay amounts.
We accept private pay. The initial assessment fee is $230, and 60 minute psychotherapy sessions are $200.
Become A Client
To get started, please visit the contact/client tab to complete a new client request. We will contact you within 48 hours to discuss a treatment schedule and financial plan. You will then be sent an invite to our secure client portal to complete and review necessary forms. Paperwork must be completed and a credit card kept on file prior to scheduling your first appointment.

No Surprises Act 2022- which began January 2022 was designed to protect patients from surprise medical bills. This requires providers/facilities to provide good faith estimates to those uninsured, out of network, or paying out of pocket for services when estimates are requested or at the time of scheduling.
